Just like Jesus's Disciples in His day, Pastors and Ministry Leaders today have got a lot of things wrong. Many expect people to wait on them hand and foot. They expect their followers to treat them like kings and have their every need met. Jesus told His disciples who ever wants to be great must serve and minister to the ones around them. Jesus came to be a servant not to be served. When you look at some of the Pastors and Ministry leaders we have today it is just like in Jesus' time, they expect to be the greatest of the people around them. They have people serve them, guard them from their followers and consider them selves greater than anyone around them. I think that if Jesus were to show up at one of their meetings He would have them serve and wait on the people that came to see them just to put them in their place. After all Jesus served His followers, and we are to act like Him, Aren't we?

42 but Jesus stopped them.
Jesus: You know that among the nations of the world the great ones lord it over the little people and act like tyrants.
43 But that is not the way it will be among you. Whoever would be great among you must serve and minister.
44 Whoever wants to be great among you must be slave of all.
45 Even the Son of Man came not to be served but to be a servant—to offer His life as a ransom for others.

Nice post. Each one of these pastors and leaders, as well as the other Christians have to always carefully examine themselves, so that they don't fall into the category described in Matthew 7:21 – 23 :

"“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’"

It is scary, isn't it? We have to be Christians, not just carry the title of it!
