One of the reasons the theory is heavily flawed, is because there is a massive "missing link."
There are plenty of variations in a species. Just look at dogs for instances. But if we evolved from "goo" (technical term for ya) then we would have a MASSIVE fossil record showing extremely small changes from our single cellular selves to what we are now over millions and millions of years. We would be able to pinpoint our EXACT changes over all the years with each fossil record. Not only are there no fossil records to prove that we evolved from goo, there are no fossil records that show these minute changes in ANY species.
Also evolution assumes that something non-living can somehow become living. Scientifically this doesn't even make sense and has never been reproduced in a lab.

Well, with the advance in technology Darwin has been proven wrong on many levels. Even by nonbelievers.
He thought that life could spontaneously generate from non-life. Darwin didn't really realize how complex life is in the first place.
There's also the theory that humans share 99% of our DNA with chimpanzees. New studies shows that DNA comparison is 6-7%.

Darwin proved that finches grew longer beaks over time depending on what food they ate. In the end they were still finches.

The answer to these rhetorical questions obviously is: “No.” A fig tree cannot become an olive tree in one growing season, or in a million of them. Nor can a grapevine evolve into a fig tree, no matter what happens to it (grafts, mutations, chemicals, radiations, anything).
