By the way, I read about scruples. I am by no means a psychiatrist to diagnose myself. However you are right I am obssessed with having scruples, because I am at a a phase in my life in which I am spiritualy stepping on landmines, meaning any little sin could mean the end of me

It has always been like that but it's just the gravity of it all that increased too much. Any little minor sin could mean my doom.

Hi again dear, of course don't diagnose yourself but a little bit of info can lead you to a track, like asking your opinion to a doctor, which might lead to a solution. I am very happy with my Psychiatrist (seen her today and found me much better). I was also obsessed about being attacked by the devil or bad people doing evil things on me or even generational curses. I am fine now, leading a normal life, still with some issues to solve but getting better. Of course I will pray for you and if you want you can DM me and I will pray with you, because we suffer from the same fears. That'd be nice if you want. Praying that you find relief and peace in Christ and confidence that you are safe in Lord's Hands.
