The title says it all, I’ve been praying about this for awhile and requesting prayer on this and STILL this is going on. I’m sad that I am dealing with this, I really want it to go away. I feel confused in my head and I feel like I’m on autopilot like I’m not in my own head. Please pray for me, I’ve never been through this before.

I’m sorry you are struggling so much, Gemmy. I’m praying that God will provide healing, strength and comfort in a powerful way. Do you think it might be helpful to get in touch with a counselor?

Gemmy, the proof of these mind-attacks are caused by the enemy. I don't know if you're saved, but when those who believe in God go through anxieties God's people call out speaking God's promises in scripture over that problem. David, in the Bible had done it. I recommend reading passages in the book of Psalm 23:4 / Psalm 56:3. These and other scriptures are God's cure for healing struggles/attacks of the mind. My prayers go out to you

To gemmy, I do agree with the prayer of INOH. And while i have come to appreciate and love reading God's words, i want to hear them as well so if possible, read them out loud=). God bless and deliver you from the anxieties, gem.

God, help Jeremy overcome is negative thought tendencies, and help him find a wise counselor if it's necessary to do so, to help him overcome this trial that he's facing right now
