sleeping beauty, I sorrow with you, my dear. :(

It is hard to remember when one feels this way that we must not rely on our feelings, but rather what the Lord tells us in His Word.
I pray you will forgive those who have hurt you, for your own dear sake (if you haven't already done just that).
It can become so easy for bitterness to take root in our hearts, and then it becomes this huge thing that rules us.
I speak from personal experience here, and do not mean to accuse you, little one, but just to warn you from my own failure and sin.

It can be good to be away from all but God for a time. But the Lord made us to need one another, so please do not let that time be a moment longer than your Father tells you it should be. I understand that pain from rejection is hard to overcome. And I don't think it's necessarily bad to be careful what parts of yourself you give away, or to ask the Lord for wisdom as to whom you give those parts of your own heart. But we are His; we do not belong to ourselves anymore. And to do His will is the most important thing, even if it means pain for us.
I am sorry, dear child--I do not mean to further hurt you! I hope I am obedient in speaking truth in love, and if I offend you, I wish you to tell me right away!

I pray you will consider carefully what you will do. I know right now you are hurt, and not thinking clearly. Go to your loving God, and let Him heal your heart, my love. Then I pray He will give you the strength you will need to try again. Not all people will be hurtful. :)

You remain in my prayers, sleeping beauty. And you remain, always and in all things, in His love.

I'll pray for you...
Here are a few verses too!

Phil 1:9 - 11
And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight,
so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ,
filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ--to the glory and praise of God.

Romans 15:13
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

2 Cor 1:3-5
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. For as we share abundantly in Christ's sufferings, so through Christ we share abundantly in comfort too.

Father GOD, help Sleeping beauty wake up and see that she does not have a prince waiting to take her hand but a KING. A king that is also a father and knows every pain and frustration. A king that is strong and will give her strength. A father that will hold her when she weeps. Help her not look to people for her strength or comfort they can let us down but when we rest fully in you our LORD you will always give strength to overcome. Father you are crying with her as you long to see this sleeping beauty wake up to all the beauty that you has waiting for her. Help her not waste another day looking at herself but help her turn her eyes to you. You are our shield, comfort, strength, wisdom, and hope help her to walk in all of the free gifts you have for her to grab hold of. In Yeshua’s Holy name I pray amen.
The King is knocking will you wake up

Would you Dance if he asked you to dance Cinderella?

Would you let him remove your tattered garment you hold around your heart and transform it into one that glimmers with hope, love and peace. Would you look into his eyes and let his perfect love cast out all your worry and fears. Would you let your heart be awakened with the excitement of a love that can never die. Would you turn your gaze upon him as he whispers in a crowed room come take my hand as he escorts you to the dance floor that is the world. Would you take his hand in this dance with confidence and wonder at all that is before you. Would you except his hand as the one he chose worthy of this dance. Long before you knew him he held this dance in mind just for you. He is telling you I love you and you are my treasured possession a person of great value. So enter the dance the celebration of life and let yourself be renewed in his love. When trouble comes keep your eyes on the one who loves you. His eyes are on you waiting for you to take his hand.

Praying for you sister that the Holy Spirit fill you with His joy :).

Interacting with people can be very challenging to say the least. Just remember that we're all a 'work in progress'.

Don't let negative experiences make you run and hide. That's just what Satan wants. Look at each experience in an objective way and use it as a learning tool :).

Go to the Lord with your hurts and disappointments and lean on His wisdom and comfort.

i am with a friend now, whom for the first time in a year tried and it went weird almost instantly. so this is like i am reading something she would have posted earlier this week!

i think we all get tired of trying and getting slapped down, or not finding what it is that satisfies the needs we have, no matter how reasonable those needs are.

with my friend, whom i had posted on the prayer area a few days ago, it is getting her to realize that not everyone is evil, not everyone is out to get her - it doesn't help when in the safety of a group of Christians, she gets smacked for no reason. But, other people have their problems too and we may not even know what they are. Certainly, I have no clue what my friend did wrong to have her new friend suddenly "disappear".

and my friend, perhaps a bit like you as well, has to learn to be satisfied with whom they are and understand that they do have something to offer others, but perhaps they are looking in the wrong places or for the wrong reasons. for my friend, she really needs to stick with just Christians she meets in person and avoid the internet friendships, because you really can not know someone through mere words. internet Q&A is great, she has to not put any more significance into words appearing on her screen. for her, not reading between the lines is important.

of course, you have my prayers, depression is awful to go through. there are some mighty good psalms dealing with the majasty of God to consider and perhaps lift your spirits! Like 19 and 20.....

Praying

After all this has passed
I still will remain
After I've cried my last
There'll be beauty from pain
Though it won't be today
Someday I'll hope again
And there'll be beauty from pain
You will bring beauty from my pain
