No No No

If he does not love everyone, He is not a loving God.

No one meets Gods standard, So He must love them all or non of them, And he would not be a just God either.
And He died for them all. He established His mercy and His justice for all eternity on that bloody hill. No one can ever rightfully say that God is not abundant in mercy or justice. Not since Calvary. His justice is terrible. His mercies are higher than the heavens. But even His justice is rooted in His love. For God IS love.
He is God. Only God can say, "I am angry with the wicked all day long" or "I will laugh at their calamity" and also say "I take no delight in the death of the wicked" and "He maketh the rain to fall upon the just and the unjust" and again "he is the propitiation for our sins; and not for ours only, but also for the whole world".

God can hate and love the same object at the same time if He so chooses. He can do so without contradiction.

"Do not err, my beloved brethren. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning."
James 1

Every debt has been paid. Not one single soul will perish because of any sin but the sins of unbelief. And of course, blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. They seem to be somewhat intertwined.
