I was raised with alcohol (wine, beer, nightcap, ...), but I never got drunk in my life (and have no intention). Some say one glass of wine (or maybe two) would even be healthy

They do indeed, but note that German beer is veeeery low alcohol... They only have 'pils' type, and it's very light. They serve it in 0.5 litres beerglasses...
