Did you already live a period where everything that you tried to do went wrong?
Observe the case of Israel:
• Amo 2:13-16 -> “Behold, I will press you down in your place, as a cart full of sheaves presses down. Flight shall perish from the swift, and the strong shall not retain his strength, nor shall the mighty save his life; he who handles the bow shall not stand, and he who is swift of foot shall not save himself, nor shall he who rides the horse save his life; and he who is stout of heart among the mighty shall flee away naked in that day,” declares the LORD.”.
Hence the preacher says:
• Ecc 9:11 -> “Again I saw that under the sun the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, nor bread to the wise, nor riches to the intelligent, nor favor to those with knowledge, but time and chance happen to them all.”.
As the Israelites wasn’t right before the Creator, nothing worked out for them:
• Amo 2:12 -> “But you made the Nazirites drink wine, and commanded the prophets, saying, ‘You shall not prophesy.’”.
So, if everything is getting wrong in your life, it is time to examine yourself. Are you right before the Creator? If yes, your head is a instrument to confirm His glory:
• Pro 16:31 -> ”The hoary head is a crown of glory, if it be found in the way of righteousness.”.
Nonetheless, don’t jump into the conclusion very fast. Ask the same that the psalmist:
• Psa 139:23,24 -> “Search me, O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts! And see if there be any grievous way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting!”.
Have the same mind of Paul:
• 1Co 4:3,4 -> “But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged by you or by any human court. In fact, I do not even judge myself. For I am not aware of anything against myself, but I am not thereby acquitted. It is the Lord who judges me.”.
So, have a prodigious day making straight paths for your feet (Heb 12:13) so that Jesus can working everything in your favor, as He desires. After all, you were chosen for this:
• 2Th 2:13 -> “But we ought always to give thanks to God for you, brothers beloved by the Lord, because God chose you as the firstfruits to be saved, through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth.”.
