usually you fry it, either as a steak, or it is chopped in flakes , served with viltsaus (vilt =wild game) and potatoes on the side
 
I don't speak advanced food lingo

like any other proper beef if it is "finnbiff" (almost all they way trough, but not so much that it gets "dry")
the skav is so thin you fry it almost like bacon

grep is used to search for a string in a document

[0-9] would be any number [1-9] would be minimum one {3} says that the sequence in front of it should appear three times

so [4-6]{2}

would be two digits , each with the value of either 4, 5 or 6
