Chocolate May Be Good For Your Health

Eating dark chocolate- but, unfortunately, not milk chocolate -
raises the levels of antioxidants in the blood, which may,
in turn, help protect against heart disease.

Despite this good news, you should limit your chocolate consumption
to no more than 3 oz.of dark chocolate daily
since chocolate is relatively high in fat, calories and sugar.

Enjoy a little bit!

I have dozens of reasons why I don't believe evolution. On reason is food. Everything that I really enjoy is bad for me. If it was "survival of the fattest", evolution would make more sense. My grandmother used to say that a little of what you like is good for you. That's the best dietary advice I've ever had.
