I came across something on the net a couple of days ago & it seems to make sense,
I want to share it with you all.
I think it will give a sense of HOPE to most people.
It was an article by Dr Blaylock who alledgedly lost both his parents to
degenerative mental diseases, he then went on to dedicate his life to
researching & trying to find a cure/prevention from such.
Much of what he advocates is obvious, but some of it is surprising....
Traditionally diseases such as OBESITY, type 2 DIABETES, ARTHRITIS
DEMENTIA/ALZHEIMERS ,most CANCERS, HEART DISEASE, DEPRESSION
DIGESTIVE PROBLEMS ETC occur because of bad life-style especially diet'
BRAIN DAMAGE CAN BE CAUSED BY AN INFLAMMATORY DIET
WHICH IN TURN CAUSE MORE FREE RADICALS IN THE SYSTEM (INCLUDING BRAIN).
& A PHENOMENON CALLED EXCITOTOXICITY
HE ALSO STATED THAT IN A HEALTHY BRAIN THERE IS AN ABUNDANCE
OF A CHEMICAL CALLED 'GLUTATHIONE,' WHICH IS DEMINISHED IN AN UNHEALTHY
BRAIN
I jotted the bulk of what he was saying in the tutorial down ,(I was
a little wary of subscribing at this stage).
He suggested finding a good HOLISTIC healer , getting their diet/lifestyle &
bloods checked -especially for heavy metals & other toxins.....
He advocates a pure moderate intake of ORGANIC WHOLE FOODS,including :-
BLUEBERRIES
MELATONIN
VIT D (the right form/source)
B 12 (again from the right source)
OMEGA 3 FATTY ACIDS ...to name a few things can do more for you than some
prescription medication
Also keeping MENTALLY ACTIVE by conversing with others & challenging yourself
with new languages, travel, puzzles , meeting new people etc.
getting checked for HEAVY METALS in the system
Getting rid of AMALGAM dental fillings
ALUMINIUM saucepans
not eating foods with PESTICIDES sprayed on them
BEING CAREFUL WHAT PLASTICS WE EAT FROM ESPECIALLY
NOT LIVING IN OR NEAR POLLUTED AREAS, eg near freeways, cities , factories
Not eating large fish such as TUNA /SWORDFISH /MARLIN /SHARK ETC
as they may have a concertration of heavy metals in their systems
Not having FLU VACCINES as they may have contaminants in them
*THE UPSIDE IS THERE ARE CHELATING ELEMENTS AT HAND
THAT CAN HELP FLUSH THE BODY OF TOXINS & EVEN REVERSE
DEMENTIA TO VARYING DEGREES....HE SUGGESTED A FORM OF
MAGNESIUM THAT WAS HELPFUL ALSO......
M.S.G. ,or whatever other name it's marketed under-NOT GOOD
CURED MEATS etc
ASPARTAME - an artificial sweetner- NOT GOOD...., use STEVIA instead
Omega 3 - GOOD
Omega 6 - NOT SO GOOD

steering clear of most OILS, EXCEPT for 2 which I think may be
Coconut, Olive oil, Flax?-OKAY?
(he said sunflower,peanut,safflower & Soy etc may not be that good ).
So basically he suggests an unprocessed diet....for starters.
I read somewhere else that maybe VITAMIN PILLS may not be that
good for you for the very fact they are synthetic.
HYDROLISED FATTY ACIDS, chemically engineered-very not good for you.
WHITE BREAD /FLOUR /RICE/ SUGAR - NOT GOOD
ALCOHOL - OF COURSE- NOT SO GOOD
A GOOD WATER FILTER - KEEPING HYDRATED WITH PURE WATER PREFERABLY
IDEALLY MODERATE DAILY EXCERCISE IS PREFERABLE
AVOIDING STRESS AS IT CAN PRODUCE DAMAGING CHEMICALS
