Yeah, I agree.
It was just a different period of time, being racist was socially acceptable.
So it is not just Disney that is at fault, it is the previous society.

Well, one that is substantiated is how they DO support homosexuality and even have Gay Week, but this thread isnt about Walr Disney and who he had crushes on, anyway...moving on....

Honestly, I wouldn't believe any of the sorts unless you had legit proof of Walt saying that.
Like a recording, interview, etc.
And for the record, people can support homosexuals without being homosexual themselves :)
Maybe Disney is trying to promote equality and understanding characteristics?

I believe we already talked about GAy Week and how they were forced into that and don't actually support it.

hah thats so silly :D I don't think it matters either way being that they aren't acting like a gay couple or teaching children bad morals.

Well, I can't really call Walt Disney up at the moment. AT&T doenst get great signal in the afterlife, BUT if you would like to know of the family that I attend church with that ended up at Disney World during Gay week I will PM you their number and they would probably speak with you.

Oh yeah, and then there is also those Disney cruises they have that is all about Homosexual families and stuff.

As far as equality and understanding characteristics about sexual immorality. Well, if you can provide legit proof from the bible that homosexuality should be accepted among Christians then I am open to that too.

yah. Gay supporters are pretty persistent. I'm not against gay people or gay marriage, but they are quite radical. I don't understand why they need special rights. Just let them have a civil union and be done w/ it lol.(: and no problem
 
simple answer, sex sells. thats the only reason you will always find sex related things in disney shows.

Also the reason why the disney company has been hounding me to appear on their channel for years. :P
 
Disney is a business... With that said their goal is not to keep things clean they are out to make money, they own most of the movies and tv shows that play here in America. For example the Scary Movie series is owned by disney, Espn, ABC, Pixar, Marvel, Etc. Also they happen to have a section that is for kids.

My point is the their section for kids is one of the cleanest, most decent and most kid friendly there is. I do agree that some of it is more inappropriate than others in disney but we cant just say that the kids cant watch anything from disney because it is distorted if that is the case they wouldn't be able to watch anything even Vegitales.

As parents we have to make sure we teach them right and biblical truth so when the time comes for the children to make a decision they have a biblical base on where to stand with their decision. This doesn't apply only to disney but to every thing there is in life. If they dont see it in the disney channel they will at school, church, home, store.

Any ways I am a disney fan. I love the cartoons my favorite one is Phineas and Pherb. I am a former disney employee and my wife works at disney.

They also have Night of joy. which is a 2 day concert with several christian artists.

Looking deeper into it, yeah.... there's lots behind it.
But the way I see it, we all know NO girls life is that perfect...thats what makes it a fairytale.
