Somebody should ask 0bama what taqiya is . . .
He grew up in Muslim area and went to school there. He said he loved to hear the call to prayer there'd. So he probably knows all about taqiyya and most likely has practiced it to protect himself.

I had favored Trump, over status quo Hillary.
This still has nothing to do about the topic of whether people who advocate for a pathological liar, hate Jesus who is truth?
The answer is that they who advocate what is contrary to Jesus (the truth), their then claiming faith in Christ is false.
Hillary Clinton is a known liar. She lied about small things like hearing gunfire when getting off a plane. She lied about big things like blaming a rarely watched YouTube video for Benghazi. She also illegally kept the email server she used as Secretary of State outside of the government firewalls. There is credible evidence that it was thus hacked.

There is no credible evidence about Trump lying other than the Goebbles method. He stated a lie told once is a lie but one told a thousand times is truth. This seems to be the Democrat method about Trump. Every time I request what lies he has told I get no answer. Therefore I reject the accusation of him lying. If you have proof of him lying post it or shut up about it.

Blaming God for Trump is nearly as stupid as blaming God for Hitler. I don't believe that God is taking charge of politics any more. I believe he's watching and waiting for time to intervein and put an end to it all. That's why the rapture will come to save us from the evils of the final days. God is in charge now of those who worship him and let him take charge of our lives.. He is letting the rest go to hell. That's my view of world politics.
I posted the scripture about God placing the civil leaders over us. Trying to understand Hitler the only thing I can come up with is as punishment for Germany. There was a significant antisemitic movement there. Hitler joined in that movement and rose to power. The result was Germany was bombed into the ground. Similar issue with Japan. Mousalini wanted to recreate the Roman empire. Ego maniacs all costing 60 million lives.

So how come you don't believe the women that came out against Bill Clinton's predatory acts against them - including rape?

The standard is that Democrats do it because they don't pretend to be holier than thous, but since the Republicans do - they are to be condemned and attacked.

A conservative is fair game even if the so-called crime happened 36 years ago in high school where all the alleged participants and witnesses of the events deny it happened. Yet a Democratic senator says that the charges are true because they just should be true. That it is the accused place to prove his innocent because he is presumed guilty.
I do believe the women who came out against Bill Clinton. Who said I didn't?
I do not believe the evangelicals came to his defense which I see as their not having done the wrong thing if they had.

The problem was too many credible stories about Bill Clinton were made. The Democrat Party leaders chastised him over the Lewinsky affair. Asked him why he couldn't keep his zipper shut while in office.

That killed the law about a person in authority having consensual sex being considered statutory rape. The president with the lowest underling in government. Can't get more than that.

You know, the problem with evangelicals . . . is that they believe in personal redemption. You know, some of them were even rapists once upon a time, and sodomites as well as abusers of themselves with mankind . . . but Paul recognizes that they were new creatures when he told them, and such were some of you.

Now, I've read that Mr. Trump has come to a saving relationship with Jesus Christ (Gasp! even though he isn't a Baptist!)

I believe you have stated that you are Christian. Would you like to be held to the same standard as you are now holding Mr. Trump?

Do you think it is right what the demonic Democrats on the Judiciary committee are doing to Brett Kavanaugh (even though he is a Jesuit) . . .

Maybe evangelicals believe that they are supposed to pray for their president . . . instead of condemn him.

What's that verse? Which what judgement ye met out . . .? You ready to be judged on the same standard?

I will repeat again the primary point of this thread is not about our politicians, who I am aware are liars and often quite immoral; it primarily is about our so called faithful in Christ denominations who run to the defense when these claims are made, and so are clearly contrary to Christ (truth).

Whatever they are or aren't or were is not the point. The point is their defending lies, and thus are contrary to Jesus (the truth).

Again, how is it contrary to Christ to believe in personal redemption. Look, I realize he is a vile Republican, and that is the real 'sin' of Donald Trump . . . but still . . .

Trumps' election was a fluke. Many voted for him rather than Clinton not expecting him to win, while others chose him because he was a man. The vast majority of us didn't vote at all having no one to vote for that we believed at all. Oops!

You really should repent . . . you are coming across as quite despicable.
You really should repent . . . you are coming across as quite despicable.
I am merely trying to stay on topic. Is it possible that my raising valid points may be what is bothering you?
Since Magenta has not responded to my two simple questions to her; I then pose the same two questions to you or anyone else here to see if their response contradicts the Word.
The Lord in Revelation 22:15 states that they who love and make lies will be outside of His kingdom. As such would say that a pathological liar would fall into the category of one who loves to make lies? If you answer yes, would you then agree that they who advocate for the one who loves to make lies will likewise be outside, or will they be inside God's kingdom?

Revelation 22:15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

@luigi, Their just stupid. Major churches align themselves with political parties and not the people that represent them and tell people God want's them to vote this way---bla bla bla. They neglect to heed the warning to put their teachers to the test and they trust without question the politically motivated diatribe that is dished out to them.

Like lemmings marching into the sea. They fail to recognize that they are going to die or the world as we know it will end in a very ugly manner. If we just voted for right and wrong without knowing what party the candidates aligned with it might get better. That won't happen. The lovers of money would never allow folks to vote their hearts or the money worshipers might loose control.

When I look at the news and a report comes out (almost daily) about how Trump has committed some nefarious act; alongside these reports I then often hear how his Evangelical base comes running in to support him. This is what I see as advocating for something that a true believer in Christ (truth), should not be coming to his support for.
Here's one example: When 17 women made claims against him for his violating them, many of Trumps staunch supporters which the news media refers to as evangelicals called these women liars. Really? 17 of them, of which association and proximity with Trump can be verified.
Are these so called believers in Jesus (the truth), doing the right thing?
I am not a Trump fan . I do like some changes he has made and despise his style. Still we can pray for him and endorse the better things and challenge the bad .
Let’s remember no leader is perfect . I recall one King that went after God’s heart while having a man murdered to cover up an affair.
And I look at the news too those are the guys that say if we are against gay marriage and abortion we are in a hate group.
Blessings
Bill

Oh dear oh dear oh dear. Politics is a worldly realm. The 'god' of this world pulls the strings of politics. Please see beyond what you are told is 'true'. Do you think the enemy controls the mass media, with all its spin and sensationalism? Defo. God looks on the heart. As His children, so can we. Personality politics is a mucky puddle. The worldly systems are not under our control, capitalist or socialist or anarchist or oligarchy, etc. The enemy is the father of lies and want to distract if he (it) can not deceive.

The best way to prevent someone from hearing the truth is to convince them they already have it.

I want the scales to fall from all our eyes. Jesus warned about being deceived.

We need to be careful that we do not define a true believer in Christ by their unwavering support for Trump, they may be deceived, some have very limited simple understanding, some cannot see past their bias, some have blinders on just like many Democrats, others I agree are nominal Christians.

Better always to show the facts in an unbiased friendly manner, I believe the true believers can be persuaded by the truth.:)

Narcissists lie because they are out of touch with reality, they live in a self constructed reality, many present day politicians are narcissists sadly.

I am not completely sure what you are saying here calibob, but in my experience those without money can far more worshipers of money than those who do have it.

Socialism comes to mind, they want what others have.

Even if Trump were all those things his enemies accuse him of, he's still before than Commie Bernie or Murderess Hilary. In fact I approve of just about anyone that the Democrats despise.
