I know with me it's probably my OCD or one my other anxiety disorders that causes the thought, but it still hard for me to not worry about it. Just wanted to know what guys think, and I'm wondering if I'm just worrying too much about this with myself.
I just want to say being single is not the same as being alone.
Yes God did say "it is not good for man to be alone", but he didn't say "it is not good for man to be single".
You have friends, family, coworkers to share the love while being single.
If you think alone=single then you need some time to truly develop into a happy single (am developing myself). Single just means being without a partner.
If you go into a relationship thinking that will cure your feelings of aloneness it will not work. In the long run (due to the lack of self development and then trying to be independent and develop yourself) you'll end up feeling even more alone while with someone, and that actually is a really horrible feeling to have while in a relationship with someone.
I lot of people think about being in a relationship, but as long as God is your focus everything will fall into place.
Picture yourself viewing the cross, and in front of the cross there is a conveyor belt. On this belt there is education, work, family, husband/wife, promotion etc... As long as you focus on the cross, everything will go along in God's time into place. One after the other, it will all come into place, but remember God say to "seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and ALL THESE THINGS SHALL BE ADDED UNTO YOU".
Keep strong in God, and instead of thinking of this as "waiting" time, think of it as "self-development in God" time. Hope this helps a little.
