I'm not saying you can't understand it because it's a short clip. I never said anything about the length of the clip. If I were going to evaluate your understanding, I would say you are either politically unastute or biased against Trump.
Why would he tell the Christian right not to worry about voting Again in four years?

Even with free and fair elections as you suggested he meant. the Republican Party would not get into office without the conservative Christian vote.

Yes I vote in every election.

He was very clear that he would fix it, so they would never have to vote again.

You’re being dishonest in this conversation because you’re saying you can’t tell from that clip What he meant. And then, at the same time you’re giving an opinion of what you think he meant.

If he was Truly talking about voter fraud and election interference. He would’ve said Something along the lines of “you will never have to worry about losing your vote again in a election.” However, he told voting Americans they will never have to vote again as a politician.

I can’t think of a A name of any other American politician that has said anything similar. Voting is the corner stone of our Representative democracy.

Encouraging people to vote in one election so they will never have to vote again is clearly stating that he plans to be a dictator .
Will you be voting for Harris?

I'm being dishonest because it's a 1+ hour speech and you provided a 4min clip, and not only did I watch much of the speech, but I've watched Trump with interest as he campaigned to Christians for 2016 and has continued to do so, and because I did some minor political work in a state and was invited to attend a private political campaign meeting where a candidate for Governor spoke to pastors about voting, and I followed that up with some interest in Christian voting statistics is that state?

You should be more reserved in calling a fellow Christian dishonest.

Here's my take on the reality of this situation and greater context that I hear loud and clear based upon the above at minimum:
  • During Trumps 2016 campaign I saw a clip of some remarks he made when going in to speak at a Church. I've not been able to find that clip. He essentially said, 'if Christians could just get together and be more unified, they would control the outcome of all elections.' He's not wrong.
  • If you don't trust that Trump is a believer, then look back and see if you can find one of the first campaign speeches (I think it was) where his wife gave the opening remarks. She walked up to the podium and immediately said, Let us pray. It shocked pretty much everybody. By watching reactions, IMO is was very genuine and very much unexpected.
  • I have had many interactions with Christians who push the evangelize only responsibility as you put forth. Most of them do not vote. It's interesting that you do.
  • The private event with pastors I mentioned above was in a state where most Christians do not vote and if they did, the outcome Trump spoke about above would likely turn the state from blue to red. I've never seen a more disinterested group of men in my days.
  • I don't know your age, but I have watched with interest a new generation of Christians deciding that they do not like the attacks against Christianity and the filth that is being supported by Democrats in these days. They are becoming more involved in the political arena.
  • Trump was speaking to such Christians at the event on the video. He knows what a task it is to get Christians to vote and to find any semblance of unity. He's calling for swamping the opposition with great numbers so they cannot cheat their way to victory. IMO based upon watching his efforts among Christians, he basically told them to turn out in 2024 and after the system is repaired, they can go back to what they were doing. He's simply making an appeal to Christians to wake up.
  • Earlier, during that speech, Trump also mentioned this campaign: Believers for Trump. IMO the first 3 quoted comments are worth reading and Metaxas is in essence commenting about the matter you and I were discussing. Graham and Trump speak of religious freedom which compares quite well with the Biblical instruction for us to pray for leaders so we can live a quiet and peaceful life in all godliness and reverence. This is probably in part what Graham is referencing.

We're both putting words in his mouth and very differently so. He told a group of about 3500 mainly Christians at the "Believers Summit" that he and his were going to fix things so they wouldn't have to vote anymore. He was speaking to a sector he knows quite well. Yes, he could have said it better. That's not unusual.

You're obviously buying into the liberal media talking points with the dictator nonsense while watching a lying and cheating current admin ignore laws, flood the nation with illegal potential voters and do whatever is necessary to make sure they never loose another election. That's the dictatorship and you're going to wake up one day under them and find yourself unable to evangelize.

He was making a point about how important it is to vote in this particular election because the Democrats voted against a bill that would require identification proving citizenship to be able to vote in federal elections. So he believes that there need to be enough votes to overcome the anticipated fraud in the election. He also believes once he is elected, regulations will be put in place to stop a large portion of the voter fraud. Hence, their votes won't be as necessary in the future.
Trump can be very inarticulate and awkward in his delivery at times, to be sure. But he doesn't want to be a dictator.

Would you mind sharing with me your top 3 sources of political information?

Sure it would, but there is exactly 0% chance of that happening.

Now will you answer my question?

Honestly, if he can keep the lawless ones now in control out of control and make this nation successful, and powerful and stop the warmongers, globalism agenda, out of control non-budgets, etc., etc., etc., and Vance or whoever can follow in his footsteps, I'm good with them and would be happy never to see an Obama, Clinton, Biden, Harris, Bernie, Pelosi, Schumer, Newsom, Pocahontas. AOC, Talib, Omar, BLM, Hamas, Cartels, etc. ever again while I await the Only Despot and Savior to wrap this up or take me home.

I use ground news. It shows just the straight story without spin then shows the news outlets and points out how they spin the story.

Telling another brother or sister that they have no regard for truth, really?
That was perfectly correct and true. Tamarisk is relatively new here but posted three Leftist lies immediately:
(1) Biden voluntarily stepped down (when he was coerced)
(2) Trump is "old" (implying incapacitated), and
(3) Trump is "senile" (belongs in a nursing home, not in the White House).

Here are Tamarisk's exact words: "President Biden made a Decision not to accept his parties nomination, and that’s his choice. It doesn’t say anything about his in ability or inability to be president. ... Now Trump needs to do The right thing and step down because of his age and senility. We don’t need an old senile president.

I already refuted the LIE that Biden stepped down voluntarily and that he is perfectly capable of being the president. The top tier of Democrats put INTENSE pressure on Biden, and the print, audio, and video evidence is there for all to see. Yet Tamarisk had the gall to deny that.

Regarding Donald Trump, the conservative print, audio, and video evidence shows that he is a very vigorous and active SENIOR -- a legitimate past president who has been traveling all over the USA and holding huge rallies everywhere (never reported by the Leftist media). He "took a bullet for democracy", stood up immediately after being hit (in spite of the SS), raised his fist in the air and shouted "FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT!". A few days later he attended a huge Republication convention in Milwaukee where he gave an excellent speech (probably for at least one hour). He said that Almighty God had saved his life and that is 100% true. There was a plot to kill Trump and it failed, because God intervened. Now he is returning to Butler PA to honor the slain and the injured. Is that the OPPOSITE of "old and senile"? Only a Trump hater would make that remark.

So if Tamarisk claims to be a Christian, then promoting Leftist lies is the exact opposite of what a Christian would do. And displaying contempt, disrespect, and hatred for Trump is certainly unacceptable whether Christian or not.

My personal beliefs were the majority of the country for many years. We never had to deal with the nonsense we're dealing with now. The America you're seemingly promoting is the sold-out America turning ever-more anti-God and lawless. That's been the entire focus of the Trump presidency and candidacy - get us back where we were and make us even more successful by bringing business and jobs back to the US, not to mention protecting religious freedoms and undoing an administrative state. That's also Vance who lived the experience of the jobs going away and the poverty and drugs that fill the void.

Yes, I've thought for decades that the US needed a tough businessman at the helm instead of these globalist sell-outs and 1960's anti-establishment freaks running the place.

It's odd how you can criticize and then soak up the media driven dictator nonsense and ignore the mob rule illegal democrat dictatorship efforts while professing Christ and supporting all the degeneracy and lawlessness it's clear this mob wants and supports.

Who are you really? You push an evangelism only agenda and seem to be backing the lawless leadership of the nation. Is that the Bible to you - evangelize and expedite the judgment of another nation?

Lol no that’s not how it works.

This is the inflection point I mentioned earlier:

Q: You voted for these people who want mentally ill men who dress as women to share a bathroom with my young daughter!?

A: I just see thing’s different than you. I’m not your enemy. I hope you have a great weekend.

At some point men wake up and realize they've been getting kicked with impunity even by some who use Christ's name. It's good that most are still fighting back through prayer and the electoral process.

You didn't answer my question.
His coronavirus response was insane. We did not need to spend all that money on that vaccine. His “American first “ policy was Reminiscent of Nationalistic and archaic pre-World War II policies that just don’t work in a global community. And His domestic policy concerning the Affordable care act.

I almost voted for him in 2016 because of border reform. Because I believed that American could work those jobs. However, the grab them by the P comments morally disqualified him for him.

In 2020 the borders were closed we had no Immigrant workers to work those jobs and they just didn’t get done and we suffered supply chain shortages because of it. So because of that my opinion has changed i no longer agree with his border policies.

Not to mention his dangerous policies concerning the EPA.
