Do you know to value the time that you are living, or your “joy” is only for now?
• Pro 20:29 -> “The glory of young men is their strength, but the splendor of old men is their gray hair.”.
Of course, everyone desires to be young forever. Regrettably, this isn’t doable. So, we need to value who are us today and, of course, who will be us in the future. May us be like this:
• Dan 12:3 -> “And those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the sky above; and those who turn many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever.”.
And the old age should be an opportunity to manifest wisdom to the young. Nonetheless, for this, it is necessary to stay in justice:
• Pro 16:31 -> “The gray head is a crown of glory if it is found in the way of righteousness.”.
In other words, we should take advantage of our youth to increase in richness before the Creator (Luke 12:21), that is to say, in wisdom, ken, love, experience with the Creator, brotherhood. In the end: to be filled inside with the fruit and characters of Jesus and His kingdom.
Unfortunately, the media steals the time of people in a way that, when the people reach the old age, they don’t have anything good to convey to the young.
And what about us? Do we recognize the true value of the time that Jesus is giving us today (to the point of being happy with this gift that is today – Ps 118:24)? Observe what Paul said to Timothy:
• 2Ti 1:14 -> “By the Holy Spirit who dwells within us, guard the good deposit entrusted to you.”.
How can we guard a good deposit if, during all our life, we dally on watching soccer, soap operas, sitcoms, TV News (which, most of the times, are manipulated in according to the desire of the Worldwide Elite), as well as getting us involved in many other unfruitful activities? We are what we eat (whether is in the body, soul, mind and spirit)?
So, have a good day feeding all your being with what will allow you to be used by Jesus today and be an example to be followed in the future.
