Do you think or believe the enemy can read our minds and thoughts?

I'm sure i recentley posted a reply with the same heading?, lol. Yes i believe it but only to a certain degree of privacy invasion.

NO!!! Not at all. The only one that can is God Almighty. The enemy is cunning and know you inside out and will try to attack you with familiar spirits and your weaknesses but he cannot read your thoughts. He can plant them but can't read them (if that make sense )

I am not about to refute that God first gave many of these unclean entities authorities that I have no personal knowledge about, EXCEPT, in my personal experience, one, in particular WAS allowed to know what I know and think. I do have particular experience with a demon named, "Doubt", and I assure you that I had spoken nothing aloud, but that this entity fought VERY hard regarding my decision to take care of the matter after God informed me of the action to take, and this little demon fought so hard to convince me otherwise. This is my testimony. Take the matter to Father God, as you have brought it here, and I have been led to refer you back to Father after writing my testimony of witness to such a matter. God Bless.

Read the other thread - No one can read your thoughts except God himself who searches out the thoughts of man. The enemy observes your behavior and listens to your words and put thoughts into your mind. But so does our own flesh and what it needs.

It always amazes me that if the enemy can put thoughts into our mind - we should be more anticipating of the angels of God doing the same thing. Remember the old picture of the devil sitting on one shoulder and a good angel on the other?
I think we forget that we have a ministering angel who is also inspiring our thoughts or giving us direction.

We also have the Holy Spirit. And greater is His voice in you when you walk abiding in Christ.

Did you know that this very concept was a well established Theological understanding of "HaSatan" in many Jewish sects? (which simply means: "division of")

I sure hope not. What better tool than that to be used against us?

Don't you (and all of us) often find yourself feeling as though you are on the horns of a dilemma? (Good, pulling one way... bad, beckoning for us to go the other.)

[In my opinion only] While the gist of your comment is true, I believer there is one important difference. "Good" (the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit) in on the INSIDE, while "bad," the temptations of the deceiver are from the outside.

If one has the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit, evil can not abide within them.

Exactly. God doesn't dwell in a duplex.

I would not sell the enemy short of having studied us having tested/tempting us by throwing various thoughts at us to see how we would react much like he did when Jesus was in the desert. Are we wise enough to take every thought captive and then hold it up to the Light of the Word. (2 Cor 10:5) Is this or that thought from the enemy, from the flesh, or from God?
