Do you walk for what you hear from people or pursuant to what Jesus taught you in His word?

Let’s watch our steps, if they are in Jesus’ path:
• Pro 4:26 -> “Ponder the path of your feet, and all your ways will be established.”.
One of the great problems with the human being is that they look far away, aims at reaching great things, far beyond where they are at the moment. In the rush to want to get this blessing, they forget to pay attention in where they are and they end up passing over many important things which will able them to enjoy the so desired blessing, beyond tripping in many stones:
• Pro 14:8 -> “The wisdom of the wise is to understand his way, but the folly of fools is deceit.”.
Each step ours is important, carefully projected by Jesus. If we only live the future, that is to say, if we only rejoice when we reach the blessing, we will pass for many days without living them and, of course, reap each little blessing which comes with them and make our great blessings to add up and be functional.
So, when someone imparts to you a counsel, follow the advice of John:
• 1Jn 4:1 -> “Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but try the spirits to see if they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.”.
Seek in Jesus detect all appearance of evil (1Thess 5:22), so that you don’t risk to be punished:
• Pro 27:12 -> “A sensible one foresees the evil and hides himself, but the simple pass on and are punished.”.
• Pro 22:3 -> “A prudent one foresees the evil and hides himself, but the simple pass on and are punished.”.
So, have a good day rejoicing in every step that you give. Can you be sure: you are in the right place at the moment! If it is for you to walk toward some place, Jesus will guide you step by step, one day at a time, always comforting you with His presence (Exodus 33:14; Acts 3:19).
