God said I have eternal life.
You claim I have conditional life
God said I will never die,
You said I can still die
God said I have been saved
You claim I may not be saved which is no salvation at all
God said it is by grace I have been saved,
You claim it is by works I must maintain ,y salvation
Should I keep going or not?

but you do not believe you are so guilty you can never earn your salvation. Hence you can still lose it if you do not live up to some standard..
Hence you excuse your own sin, because you reject the standard god has imposed which no one can keep. As jesus said, no one is good but God..
You do realise what Paul calls those who think they must perfect their salvation in the flesh do you not?

John said people who claimed they once believed, but now deny christ were never saved.
