I'm sorry You must have too much blood in your caffeine stream. You realize that everybody that Jesus healed, died? I did not use sarcasm. That was a direct reference to the way church people worship their pastors. And believe every word he says without checking the Word. If you find me arrogant. OK.
If Christians did use common sense they would go to the Holy Spirit for teaching. and stop going by intellect.

Yes Everyone jesus healed died, He healed them for a purpose. That purpose has been fulfilled.

And it also proves he did not heal them completely, or they would not have died.. So your logic is flawed..

All I know is that this little girl has shown something that is very lacking in the church, regardless if the healing was done or not she showed such a beautiful show of child like faith she never questioned if it was her will vs God's or if she had enough faith or if the answer was yes or no she believed in god asked and then went for it this is why this little girl is so amazing to me.

there is something in this story that we are not seeing, this isn't even about an argument of healing it's about the kind of faith this little one showed. This is the kind of genuine child like faith that Jesus spoke of when he said we must become like little children. This little girl without even meaning to or knowing it shines a lesson that many of us need to listen to, pay attention to the kind of faith this little one showed not the debate of healing. Sometimes it takes a babe for the grown and the wise and mature to truly learn

I agree...This little girl has all the faith she will ever need. And The Word says she is healed now....Its simply a matter of time before she is running and jumping. Keep learning little girl, and don't give up Not ever!

That's the important lesson here, and that is why this discussion is taking place.

We realize that it's a learning curve here for momma and daughter but someone who should know better telling them lies to stop them? The lie being 'she doesn't have enough faith'. OF course she has enough faith!

That sounds like a call to prayer all right. When I saw the OP I started praying. I see this little girl getting healed, by her own faith. She is learning something about healing in this. She is learning a lot about her God in this too. She is about to learn how much God really loves her.

I would offer this...she already knows how much God loves her....

Special needs people have a special place in God's heart and they know of his nature and see more in the spiritual realm than we ever will....

One of our leaders and his wife have a special need daughter, who cannot speak and is confined to a body chair...she is 23 and is only about 4.5 feet long...she can hear and she knows people she is used to seeing all the time....

I can tell when she is seeing the angles and she sings with them. She makes the most beautiful sounds during worship....

During one service the Spirit was just brooding over the people and nobody was doing anything, just a holy Hush....She was not even making in sounds and you could not hear moving in her chair, you usually can.....

I looked up and her Mom motioned for me to come over and I did and our blessed girl looked at me and then started cooing and making the most beautiful melody....she went on for about 3 minutes....and then stopped...the whole place was in tears, including this ruff tough preacher....I noticed a few guests in the back were very emotional about the whole deal.

After service I met up with them and they said that our blessed girl was being used by the Holy Spirit and they said she was telling us our own special needs daughter was going to be healed....my leadership folks told me that night they also felt the same thing, but never mentioned it or approached the couple, because they did not want to weird anyone out...the joy my report brought them was

We heard back from that couple several months later and 2 days after that Sunday service their daughter was made whole.....and cleared by all her doctors....

Those who doubt should take a breath and know he is God and he will work through whoever and whomever is obedient, even a 23 year old special needs young woman, who has never spoken a natural word in her life...


Let him that have ears....hear......what the Spirit is saying to the fellowship....

I never had a teacher to teach me about faith or about healing basically it's just been God and I on a journey with him as my teacher and forgive if I am wrong but from what I have come to understand about this subject is this. It is true that sometimes even if we have the faith for it he does not heal us of what ails us but that doesn't mean we were lacking in faith it simply means he has a plan for it. Also there is the question of how you view the (amount) of faith you have, i mean look at this Mark 9:23-25

23 Jesus said to him, “If you can believe,[a] all things are possible to him who believes.”

24 Immediately the father of the child cried out and said with tears, “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!”

25 When Jesus saw that the people came running together, He rebuked the unclean spirit, saying to it: “Deaf and dumb spirit, I command you, come out of him and enter him no more!” even though this father had unbelief that didn't stop Jesus did it? also consider how you use your faith as well, you can have faith the answer will be yes but there is an issue I have found with this method, whenever I try it that way it always seems like the amount of faith I myself have is the deciding factor of it happening and so i am always found lacking because it's like I don't have a sufficient amount of faith like it's a currency to prayer and I am short on change.

But when instead I simply rely on my faith in him and what he can do and not how much faith I myself have it feels natural and flows that is why I had the faith to try to walk on water even though I couldn't do it. Like this little girl I believed in what he can do and simply acted and even though I couldn't actually walk on water that time I think the fact I believed in him enough to try speaks volume
