Just giving you scripture. Take it or leave it.![]()
Ok...I will leave it, because what God states in the first chapter contradicts any view that Job's test was because of sin.....thanks anyway.....

I'm sorry You must have too much blood in your caffeine stream. You realize that everybody that Jesus healed, died? I did not use sarcasm. That was a direct reference to the way church people worship their pastors. And believe every word he says without checking the Word. If you find me arrogant. OK.
If Christians did use common sense they would go to the Holy Spirit for teaching. and stop going by intellect.

no I read it,yet she has not given a reason for why she gave the title of "does God lie" which makes no sense or are you suggesting somehow that this thread title does make sense concerning her???did you actually read the op?
the woman is doing anything BUT venting
she is NOT saying God lies
take a good look at this from her op:
I get the impression she does indeed read the Bible, but sorry, you did not read her post very well it seems

What is WRONG with some of you people!!
Probably should just not post because I'm angry.
This woman tells the story of her daughter who has faith and believes God, and your white-washed grave response is that she didn't have enough faith?!!
Just how cruel are you?[/QUOTE
All I know is that this little girl has shown something that is very lacking in the church, regardless if the healing was done or not she showed such a beautiful show of child like faith she never questioned if it was her will vs God's or if she had enough faith or if the answer was yes or no she believed in god asked and then went for it this is why this little girl is so amazing to me.
there is something in this story that we are not seeing, this isn't even about an argument of healing it's about the kind of faith this little one showed. This is the kind of genuine child like faith that Jesus spoke of when he said we must become like little children. This little girl without even meaning to or knowing it shines a lesson that many of us need to listen to, pay attention to the kind of faith this little one showed not the debate of healing. Sometimes it takes a babe for the grown and the wise and mature to truly learn

I agree...This little girl has all the faith she will ever need. And The Word says she is healed now....Its simply a matter of time before she is running and jumping. Keep learning little girl, and don't give up Not ever!
That's only a small part of the story Blain. The real story starts in how her mom handles the fact that she DIDNT GET HEALED.What is WRONG with some of you people!!

That's the important lesson here, and that is why this discussion is taking place.
I never said she blamed God,I merely spoke on that this question is one of doubt, and that it would have more fruitful to have made a prayer request for her child, even now, what I'm speaking on is the paradox of posing the question in the first place, because if(that big word)you trust in God,then why do you pose a question doubting him, that's all, that's why I said it makes no sense.ok
let's go slow here fizz
she is asking a question that many people ask and she is saying NO God does not lie
did you read the part I quoted?
does that sound like someone who is blaming God in some way?
I don't think so

We realize that it's a learning curve here for momma and daughter but someone who should know better telling them lies to stop them? The lie being 'she doesn't have enough faith'. OF course she has enough faith!

That sounds like a call to prayer all right. When I saw the OP I started praying. I see this little girl getting healed, by her own faith. She is learning something about healing in this. She is learning a lot about her God in this too. She is about to learn how much God really loves her.

speculation No scripture
Very telling!
When I post a page of scriptures in context, Denalii tells me to put him on ignore, and brushes off how his heresy has totally pulled everything out of context, amounting to little more than a New Age lie from the pit of hell!
And never posts a single single Word from the Bible, which it seems like he has never read!
When sevenseas paraphrases the Bible, and what she says is true, he tells her she is speculating??
Not just a heretic, but a hypocrite, too!
manifested sons, eh?
what I know of that teaching, I would say simply, 'run, don't walk, away'
not to someone who is involved however, cause having had conversations in the past, I pretty much realize the mindset
it's not biblical and if a CHILD cannot receive the instant healing, a CHILD with all the faith in the world encased in innocence and no ulterior motives, then how are YOU or any other manifested whatever gonna do it?
geez this stuff just makes me plain angry and it's ok to be angry for the right reason Mark 3:5
