They have brought in 20 million illegals into this country in the last four years, instead of deporting illegals they could use them to build these cities and inhabit them. This would be a way to get citizenship and to fill the cities with people without undermining existing US cities. If Trump puts Tariffs on China that will force them to move manufacturing to the US, they could move it to these cities.
