This may not be exactly what you want to hear, but it may be what you need to hear. :] You and your wife take care of EACH OTHER. Lean on her! Lean on God too of course! The world is changing and the bible was written in different times. While the basics remain the same I am sure God understands if you are unable to work right now, since he sees all hears all and knows all. You are not worthless!!!!! It is not likely that your wife married you because you work 8 hours a day, so remind yourself that she loves you no matter what and so does God. God will provide when you and your wife cannot. God will shelter you when there is no shelter and feed you when there is no food. He will find ways to quench your thirst without water. If you struggle a little, just ask God for protection and help finding ways to pay bills and avoid stressful situations. Just don't let this hurt your relationship and use God to remain positive. My husband has been very worried about finances and didn't realize how not important they are to me and at the core. What is really important is love, not who brings in money or how much money. I will pray for you and I know God will take care of you and your wife.
