downloaded chat app but its not working

So, I downloaded the chat app, ran it, the installation got to full bars, but then nothing happens afterwards. Any suggestions? I also turned off my mcafee to see if that would solve the problem but it didn't.

Therr are multiple threads on this already. May want to browse them. But ensure you have Adobe Air installed and updated as well.
And note the app is Windows only.

I'm looking at other threads but cannot seem to find a solution. I have Windows 10. Could that be the problem?

Opp. Download Adobe Air first. Windows 10 didn't prompt me to do so. But I downloaded Adobe Air and it worked.
