This is assault with a deadly weapon IMHO. I'm sure there are prosecutors out there who might disagree, but I would be in fear of my life if someone tried to stab me with a hypodermic needle. I don't even let those worthless Drs or nurses do it.

I don't doubt you because random assaults are now common news. I posted another thread titled, Mass Stabbing Stopped by Good Samaritans< where I described how I was attacked by a store manager of Vitamin World. She nearly killed me. I thought more people would be interested in this topic we bring up.
Do you have any ideas why, because I'm at a loss?

I see what you mean.
There are a lot of people who either directly from demon possession or influence attack God's children. I used to wonder why I had so many random attacks while camping, fishing, hiking and just buying a big bag full of vitamins at Vitamin World.
I remember something like this in the news a long time ago with AIDS infected criminals infecting others on purpose through queer activities.
That one is a real problem. In the mental hospitals there are HIV infected people attempting to have sex with the other patients. And the nursing staff are having to rush in and stop him.
It was a needle? At the time I thought it looked like Crocodile Dundee's knife officer. I seen sharp and pointy and pointing at me and the next thing I remember I was out of ammo.
That's ironic and funny in a sick sort of way. It was a short lived fad then? Lol.
Police should know the risk of grave bodily injury or death since they are trained to do Terry frisks and Body Searches. There are puncture resistant kevlar gloves sold for pockets.
However, you never know who will answer a call and show up to the scene of a crime.
I've been shot at multiple times and got all kinds of weird responses. Police and Prosecutors hires are all kinds of people. You've probably heard of the George Soros appointments. That's who has been letting illegals get away with violent crimes.
That's still a far cry away from attacking someone offensively with a a hypo or needle whatever. Sounds like the streets are more dangerous than ever for all young cops. I think we all seen the episode of COPS where the deputy guy got stabbed by a needle in some guys pocket. Another one I seen a young cop was in on a real drug bust working and they found some sort of vat or a barrel full of some liquid drugs, so it was a good bust for them. Until he reached out and took the teeniest drop of the liquid on his finger and touched it to his tongue! One too many cops television shows? He started seizuring on the spot and went unconscious and was OD'd on whatever it was. That was dumb but the cop who got poked was just unlucky. Kevlar gloves are nice.
The last time I looked for a public restroom downtown, I decided to go to the public library. Most stores have no public restrooms.
I noticed that there was a medical hazmat box on the wall with a picture of a hypodermic on it. While washing my hands a man and woman come in and go to the stall together. I left and the librarian complained to the other his experience catching people using injections.
It's a sad time with the powerful addictions available everywhere.
For the record, I never took the jab. If a doctor prescribed medication I would choose the RED pill over the BLUE pill though. It's time to get real.
