Yes, bc of these troubles the world must face does not mean we turn a blind eye nor a hard heart. I do not think this has been done at the expense of the destruction & lives lost.

You are obviously confused, I didn't say that Jesus did.
What I will say is "Amen Lord".
What happened in Turkey is a warning to everyone. When the sixth seal is opened there will be a great earthquake, much bigger than this one. The warning is very clear, we are all sinners, and we will all perish. There is salvation only in the name of Jesus.
This is a Christian forum, it is reasonable to assume people on this forum are familiar with the gospels.
But if not, you can always cut and paste into google and it will give you the verse reference.

EARTHQUAKE FREQUENCY OVER TIME
If we chart known earthquakes from 1900 to the present day, it appears that dramatically more earthquakes are happening. However, this is misleading: for the first half of the 1900s, we were not recording small or moderate earthquakes, nor did we have enough seismic monitoring stations to record earthquakes worldwide.
The number of monitoring stations has proliferated over the past 60 years, leading to significantly more records of seismic activity. For example, the Southern California Seismic Network grew from 20 seismic monitoring stations in 1960 to nearly 400 in 2010. The International Seismological Centre shows all the current international registry of stations:
This is why I just go back to 1950. One Seismometer will record any earthquake in about 65% of the Earth. So if you put them throughout the US from Maine and Alaska in the North to Hawaii, Guam, Florida and Puerto Rico in the South would be able to register earthquakes pretty much anywhere in the world. However, after the discovery of nuclear weapons all the nuclear powers carefully monitored seismometers to detect earthquakes. Russia, China, UK, France and the US all were carefully monitoring for any seismic activity since 1950.
Also, major universities around the world and research centers and US military bases (which are on all 7 continents) have these seismometers.
I decided to redo this to eliminate the confusion this post may have made. Whether you have 1 or 400 seismic seismometers in Southern California it won't make much difference in detecting earthquakes around the world. The way we, and Russia, and China, and Uk, and France, and the UN, and Israel, India, Pakistan all monitor nuclear tests is with seismometers. Having 400 in Southern California will not detect more earthquakes than having 1 seismometer would.
However, our ability to detect minor tremors has very likely improved. So instead of making 2.5 the cutoff I made 4.5 the cutoff. A 4.5 is an earthquake that everyone would feel, it is 100x more powerful than a 2.5 and these are the earthquakes that for the most part would be recorded in the newspaper as well (though to be fair quite a few earthquakes take place in the ocean). Still there is no doubt at all that our ability to detect these in 1950 was just as good as it is today.

Interestingly the increase is 30 fold pretty much the same as if we did 2.5+
Significant earthquakes are definitely not a valid measure of whether or not the Earth is having more earthquakes. They take into account how many people felt it. 70% of the Earth's surface is the ocean. As population increases you expect to get more earthquakes that people feel.
Instead a seismometer will detect every earthquake. You use 3 to triangulate the position and you need to know that to determine the strength. So then 3 seismometers on every continent would be sufficient to determine the total number and strength of every earthquake that takes place. As you have already pointed out in Southern California alone we had 20.
For crying out loud! This Turkish Leader makes an extremely strong case that this was in fact a geological weapon that was used against her land.

probably, they certainly had the motive, however this technology is not something I can confirm, other than there are people who claim they know it is for real.
