Did you see the video? I can't share it here because it has language in it. The school board in CA were carving up parents behind their backs saying horrible things and then realized they were live! They said parents only want them to be babysitters, another one said parents sit home and smoke pot all day. Got to love the attitude of these elites in power. Here people have been locked down for an entire year. The damage to businesses will be unreal when we finally see who is left standing and these idiots are carving up parents behind their backs. The science says it's safe for schools to open and yet they remain closed. We're hearing children committing suicide on the nightly news, that they are suffering depression and grades are failing. Glad the whole board had to resign. What's going on in CA anyway? Newsome needs to be thrown out on his head!!

Boards say things all the time about people, and sometimes they arent very nice. Maybe it was true that some parents are like that, but its not to say ALL are. In california, maybe it is the case that some parents smoke pot, and some parents want to use schools as babysitters.

If the board are resigning, maybe they just dont know what to do about it. Education is not an easy job. Boards also tend to be out of touch with the communities they are actually called to serve, if they have been on it for too long and cant find any solutions and just keep doing the same old same old. Boards control the purse strings of the entire school, and if they dont invest in it but just sit on a whole pile of money the entire school suffers.Likewise if they spend it on things that are of no use for the children/students.

No schools should EVER have been closed since schoolchildren were not at risk, or very slightly at risk. It is really a shame that the various governments were allowed to get away with all this nonsense to the the hurt of the kids. Who will hold Fauci and his gang of thugs accountable?

school board meetings are posted for public viewing (esp since covid where parents/public are no longer allowed to attend in person)
my guess is that they were speaking these things not realizing the recorder was on and it was either live or not edited before posting.

and the new (cough cough) covid relief bill contains billions for the teacher's unions.

good ole Joe owes that union big time

these teachers are a sham and not about teaching, but rather a cushy job and holidays all summer

some of those things are true LOl yet people would not send their children to public school if 1. they had more money send them to a school that is open (private) 2. if it was not the law you had to send them.

The ave teacher in CA works 185 days a year, and gets ave new teacher 59k to 69k starting. They have been paid their full salary because they are essential yet they are not required to go to work as nurses, police, doctors, Foodservice in schools. They can stay home and do a learning system that is terrible and has failed. BUT CA deserves it, they voted for this kind of stupidity. Now many of those same fools have moved out of CA and coming to your state to mess it up.

I imagine the all of the Public School Systems in California would be far better off if ALL of the Board Members of all the Schools resigned.........at least this one is a good start.
