Oh how His words comfort, their truths pierce my soul. They are the tonic, tha salve, the medicine that causes my inner dwellings to respond with an uplifting song.

Lamentations 3:22-24 says...

The Lord's loving-kindnesses indeed never cease, For His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness. "The Lord is my portion," says my soul, "Therefore I have hope in Him."

The blanket of His sweet assurance wraps itself around, holding, soothing and caressing my remembrance to a state of complete surrender.
