Grief is the hardest thing to manage but all things can be conquered through Christ. I will keep you in my prayers this week. God bless you and may have the lord have mercy on you in this time of trouble.

  • Jeremiah 31:13 (ESV): "...I will turn their mourning into joy; I will comfort them, and give them gladness for sorrow."
  • Psalm 30:11 (NIV): "You turned my wailing into dancing; you removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy."
  • John 16:20 (ESV): Jesus promises, "...You will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will turn into joy."
  • Isaiah 61:3 (NIV): "...to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning..."
  • Matthew 5:4 (ESV): "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted." [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
'The joy of the Lord is our strength' I pray over you & remember 'All things work together for our good for us who love our God' Rom 8:28.

'Pray to know there is no "right" way to grieve. And prolonged grief may surely
affect one's life in many ways. Hopefully, one learns that striving to turn to God
has been attributed to being a factor in lessening the burden of grief.
'Amen'

Currently experiencing extreme grief

I need prayers and support.

Thank you.
Someone recently mentioned that they were stopping a medication that they were prescribed. If I were their Health Coach, I would strongly recommend they get qualified direction and they start HERE and listen diligently. One or more will cover the topic.
He likely is coming from your perspective.

I've had chronic depression from a boatload of traumatic experiences, so I can empathize with you. If you haven't recently experienced a major crisis, I would look at other possibilities.

Blessings

what's going on man? sometimes talking about it helps.
I would talk about it, but I feel way more at peace today.
Felt great in the morning, went to a therapy appointment that I go to every Wednesday, and felt great after that.
I'd talk more about my feelings from yesterday, but yesterday is in the past, and today is more of an accurate representation of my life currently.

Thanks for the concern, though. You're really great at reaching out to people in the prayer section and following through with them. I see it, and I'm sure others do too, and it really means a lot, not just to me but to everyone else too.

I actually have been getting qualified direction. I think it was because it was a Tuesday yesterday, and I'm still weaning off meds.

This Friday, I'll officially be off of Divalproex, and next Monday, I'll officially be done with Vraylar.

Today, I haven't felt this kind of peace in a long time.

Even though yesterday I felt extreme pain and suffering, even abandonment, that all went away in the afternoon, all the way until now, where I'm currently at peace.

I tend to heal from negative emotions fairly quickly compared to most of the world (I think), maybe cause I have Jesus' healing holy spirit in me (not sure if that's why). Plus, when I make music, it's super therapeutic and basically is a secret trick I use for healing myself...that, and listening to the book of Psalms.

By next Tuesday, i'll only have to take one Lurasidone, one Atorvastatin, and one Metoprolol.

Previously, I was taking 8 meds total. 6 of them being psyche meds.
