recently i have been really depressed, thinking of suicide, just truly unhappy, wanting to give up on God all together. i just wish things would get better at home, im about to get kicked out by my parents.

Psalm 20
1May the Lord answer you when you are in distress;
may the name of the God of Jacob protect you.
2May he send you help from the sanctuary
and grant you support from Zion.
3May he remember all your sacrifices
and accept your burnt offerings.[SUP]b[/SUP]
4May he give you the desire of your heart
and make all your plans succeed.
5May we shout for joy over your victory
and lift up our banners in the name of our God.
May the Lord grant all your requests.
6Now this I know:
The Lord gives victory to his anointed.
He answers him from his heavenly sanctuary
with the victorious power of his right hand.
7Some trust in chariots and some in horses,
but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.

9Lord, give victory to the king!
Answer us when we call!
May the Lord be your comfort , Joy and strength.
This is my favorite Psalm , helped me a lot in the time of distress , hope it may help you too.

Has this depression been going on for over 2 weeks, for if so, it would be worth going and having a chat with your doctor, as you might have a bout of Clinical Depression, which a course of antidepressants will clear up?
And ofcourse seek the laying on of hands by your pastor in fulfillment of the injunction in James 5v13-18...

What is it that's going on at home that would cause your parents to kick you out... and if it's your fault, are you willing to make necessary right changes to fix the situation?

dawnmarie20 i have been in a similar situation with depression and thoughts of ending it all ... and i also understand each situation is unique.... pls do keeping pushing thru this it isnt going to be easy but it is possible to make it thru... try not to look for the change to be fast and dramatic, most likely will be slow and barely noticable ( this is how it goes for me) days will be better and some days wont ... take it one step at a time.. some ppl have done a diary and ever so often read the diary to see that there are good and bad times... i do pray this will help you grow in Christ and that you will be able to help others going thru this same hardships blessings sis
Huge hugs dawnmarie, praying for you in Jesus's name for all comfort, peace and the love of Jesus.
Sometimes in Jesus, we are called in faith, to know, even when all is dark, that His love and light surrounds and carries us.
And it is worth it to hold on in faith, I know, as had times of darkness myself.
When this passes, Jesus's love will shine brighter even more for you.
