So I am 17. Um I am the kinda of guy that if I am your friend I will support you and will have your back. But one of my vices is that I am not quick to forgive, and I have MAJOR trust issues. Recently I was able to put something behind me and basically not let a single person drag me down. I can't talk to this person, nor look them in the eye. Yet as much as I try to just push them away, they are always their... I use to think maybe God put this person in my life for some reason, maybe I was to help them, but. I was feed up with them. So now I might have to work with them. I have walked a hard life so far, I was bullied in middle school and had to rise to the occasion, God bless be with a chance to change and become who I always wanted to be, and I am now. Part of me wants to beat the crud out of this person, another wants to run away, and another wants to do anything I takes to end this war.

Do you memorize scriptures or spend time in prayer? Reciting scriptures about strength, power, and love always helps to easy any worries I have or anger that I might have against someone. I find it easy to forgive people, but one person's action in specific was hard for me to forget. I thought they had better sense to not act like the way they did. It hurt and I was angered that they coated their action with a lie. Memorizing certain scriptures helped me get over their action.

Just let the past go and don't hold onto it anymore. Even though you are disgusted with the person, tell yourself that you forgive him and fix your mind to dwell on only positive reports. Love those who hurt you and treat them as you would want to be treated. It's difficult, I know. But you'll feel better putting that into action. Definitely don't run away from the problem. Lean on God and He will help. Praying for you!

I've faced a person like this before. I spent much time attempting to figure them out and I know about as much now as when I started. Socializing is as much an art/sport, whatever you want to call it, as anything else and takes a lot of practice and effort. Don't let them play with your emotions like I did. You'll face many more trials as you go and if you can come to the point of understanding now it will save you a ton of frustration and anguish in the future

Try and stand up to this guy. I know you say that you can't even look at the person, but try and push yourself to overcome that fear. Don't let other people control your life. Pray to God and ask for the courage to stick up for yourself. Leave the past behind, and move forward :)
