So I tried making some jalapeno/pineapple jelly. Due to a rookie canning mishap, it did not set. Now I am stuck with a very tasty pineapple/pepper sauce.
I used it on lamb meatballs for tonight's dinner. I think it would go well with salmon (or any fish, for that matter), chicken, or pork.
Any other ideas? I have a few pints to get rid of...
