I was at work when I overheard a large family praising God.
This was in a public setting, and while they were loud, they were not extreme.
Neither did they distract the goings-on of others.

Seeking the man of house, and of faith, I approached the tender spirit and asked,
"Can you pray for a friend." And then proceeded to share a 5 to 10 second spiel of requests.

The man said, "Not only will we pray, we're going to pray right now."
And he said, "Come on guys, ..."
And with that, I saw this unknown family, which had been worshiping God, give some of their time to meet for prayer...
for a stranger's request.

I stepped away, as I was at work.
But when I returned, they were STILL praying for my friend and God's will.
(and hopefully I was thrown in, somehow)

Praise God!

Moral of the story: Sometimes a family outing can be a witness opportunity.
Love your family, but don't forget to pray for others.

Prayer:
God, thanks for the cloud of witness who are alive and praising you today.
Regardless of their location, their hearts of worship DO make a difference.
Therefore, God, create in me a spirit of praise today.

As the Enemy brings his schemes, may I already be praising, gathering with others, to pray... for others.
Get the glory, in Jesus' name, amen.
