There is this one teacher at work, who has completely changed from someone that was always kind to me, to someone that just doesn't care anymore. Every time I see a picture of her, I feel sick.

The school forces me to check my email. From time to time her picture comes up, whenever she writes or likes an email message.
If I were you, then I would pray this prayer for myself often (and I have prayed this prayer for myself often):
Ephesians chapter 3
[14] For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
[15] Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,
[16] That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;
[17] That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
[18] May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
[19] And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.
People are always going to disappoint us in this life, but if we're rooted and grounded in the love of Christ, while being strengthened by his Spirit in our inner man, then we can be overcomers in this world as we look forward to the world that is to come.
