Hello, I go by “Cat” and I’m new here. Just wanted to introduce myself. I’ve been saved most of my life but have kinda stayed as a “baby Christian” due to mental health issues and an inconsistent walk with God. Seeking to overcome and grow closer to Christ.

Also, as a side note, I’ve been dealing with physical issues too regarding my eyes (which has kinda also added to my mental health problems), so any prayers in regards to that would be so super appreciated <3

Please Be Very Richly Encouraged And Edified

Welcome!

Welcome Cat, it takes effort to grow closer to God and to resist the various temptations of life. Mental or physical health issues just add on more burdens to the process. I will pray for you. Unfortunately, the truly great healer I knew has passed, healers can never heal themselves, only others.

Hi Cat545 nice to meet you, welcome to the fellowship at CC! Look up healing scriptures and I recommend listening to people with healing testimonies like Dodie Osteen and K Hagin Sr. God bless & keep you!😊🙏✨

Greetings 'Cat545', in the presence by faith. All of us carry some degree of this fallen state yet, He abides. Sometimes, you may yet find, certain pillars in that faith also become afflicted. I once knew one who was diagnosed with a terminal condition, prayed for himself, (possibly others too) and was led to "drink a quart of buttermilk" lol, after which reversed totally the ailment. So much better to suffer and travail in the Spirit for someone that the Lord too once more, be 'moved with compassion', in that name above all, Jesus Christ who disperses all such (buttermilk being a particular exception). 🙏

Hello Cat... Lord Bless you today. Psalm 119:105...

Have you listened to the bible on audio or on audio app its good

2 Timothy 3:16-17
New International Version
16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

1 Peter 2:2
New International Version
2 Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation,

2 Corinthians 5:17
New International Version
17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!

Matthew 6:9-13
New International Version
9 “This, then, is how you should pray:

“‘Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
10 your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
11 Give us today our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one.’

1 John 4:7-12
New International Version
7 Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. 8 Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. 9 This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. 10 This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. 11 Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 12 No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.
