I opened the cd I got from Amazon years ago, and under the cd when I pulled it out was a picture of a zombie Jesus. The words came to my mind, Jesus. So I stuck the cd back and said, my relationship with extol is over. Suddenly a lightning bolt struck.

I cut the cd with my heavy duty fabric scissors and threw it in trash.

Soon after I seen a video on YouTube,
I
I took the cd and tried to burn
it, but it would not burn up. When I try to burn it with candle, the candle could not burn it all up, and candle went out.

I know the case and cd was designed this way, so it would give me hard time. The booklet was designed to make it look like it was changing faces as the pages hv been burnt. I an an artist too, I know how that one works.

Extol are Satanist. I was blind and never even noticed the images on the cd cases. Until yesterday.

I listen to a lot of metal, from heavy to nu to recent productions.

The metal genra is known for using and abusing satanic imagery, to the point where people who listen to these bands sometimes wonder if metal itself isn't from the depths of hell, and a tool crafted by the enemy to tempt mankind.

In my opinion, it might be. But I doubt every metal band out there is advocating for desecration and blasphemy.

Especially not bands that market themselves as christian metal.

Most of it is for shock value. It's on us to distinguish spirits coming from God to the rest of the spirits out there.

I really like the scores from heavy metal bands of the 80s. Their lyrics can be edgy but I don't really judge them at face value.
I tolerate dark fantasy inspired music, I do not condone blasphemy against God or the Holy Mother of God.

I may very well be in the wrong about this.
I'm biased by my affection for heavy metal bands of the 80s.

(Extol) Well, if you see the artwork on the cd cases, that is Satan. When I pulled the CD out and see the image under it, what I seen was a blasphemy image of Jesus, a really bad one. So I put the CD back and said, "My relationship with Extol is over." and when I did a thunder bolt struck outside my house.

I love the sound of the electric guitar, and this is why I like heavy metal. BUT, there are no bands I can find.

I understand your reaction, it was indeed a bit much.

I'm thinking that if you can't find a metal band that stays truthful to the Gospel, you might as well create one

You are the one who stayed true to your faith.

Matthew 5:29
"And if thy right eye cause thee to fall, pluck it out and cast it from thee; for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell."

yes, so true.
