I'm having a dilemma. I'm wondering how in the world am I supposed to find the woman I'm meant to be with for life. The woman God intends for me to have. I have no trouble finding the women that I'm not meant to be with. I'm tired of looking anymore. It feels pointless. I know I'm not ancient, but I sometimes feel I need to find her before I'm too old. Where's my happy ending. Most everyone I know has found theirs..... I'm 34 and still not married.

We don't need a wife to be happy man.

as for a virtuous woman... welp....

Proverbs Chapter 31

10 Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price [is] far above rubies.

I am not sure God intends for everyone to marry or not...

but if he intends to provide you with a good wife

well if it were me
Id just first make sure my happiness comes from Jesus and not my relationship

(also not married by the way.... maybe a man in a good marriage would give better suggestions)

Ok I know not everyone is meant to be married. I just hope I'm not supposed to be single for God. If I am I must accept it. I just hope He does have one for me.

A good piece of advice to help keep things humble. Singleness can loom large in our life at times. But Jesus is bigger than the situation and better than what we hope for. If we can't put him first in singleness it's not going to get any easier in marriage.

1. Who said you gotta get married? There's a whole lot of life to be lived, whether you're married or single. Don't miss your life just because you're waiting for a partner to live it with.

2. Who said there's one special perfect girl set aside for you? You can ask God's advice about a girl you meet, but it's up to you to decide about her. There might be seven girls that would be just right for you in your area alone, but you haven't met them yet.

3. If there was one special girl just for you, what if she was in Bangladesh and the two of you never met in your lifetimes?

I, also, am of the mind that not all are meant to marry. And that there is no one person intended.
Paul, speaking on marriage, discouraged it. This attitude suggests it is a choice to marry or not. But it is wisdom to be cautious about who you choose, and when.

I'm nearing 42. Never been married. Was less ready than I has believed in the past. Currently I still have some issues, but also know what needs to be done to get past them.
But in many other areas I am ready, that I want previously. So it's good I didn't marry.

Let me analyse what u just said - u say "how can i" do this and that - r u playing 'God'? "Wife for life" :) what if she die during childbirth or in a car accident after 5 years? Would u disown God? So u dont have trouble finding women, do u? Well, if i was around u and saw the proof of ur words - i wouldnt even talk to u, let alone marry. "Tired" of playing 'God' and u didnt even start to create! :) Dont think of pointlessness. God is in control. But there r trials for good purposes but by which u either pass or sin - either serve God or Satan. There is always a master. Also 34 is not old. Imagine 137 when Abraham had babies! But make sure u r prepared. Build taller house and make the garden bigger and wait patiently for 10 sons. But before that, make sure u r ready to buy for ur bride at least a kg of 14K gold according to the custom of Rebekka s time. Good luck

I'm not good at expressing my words. I am strongly desiring someone special. Whether it be for 5 seconds or 50 years. When I said I have no trouble finding women I meant I have no trouble finding the wrong ones. My problem is I don't have patience. My siblings were married and out of the house by the age of 20. I however am Almost 15 years behind. I sometimes wonder what is wrong am I not desirable, or am I intended to be as Paul was and not be married.
