Reports quickly emerged of Russian shelling from all sides of the plant, and an early claim of elevated radiation in the area. But the situation was extremely fluid, and a subsequent report said radiation levels were normal. Another report put the actual flames in a training building at the plant.

I heard it is "civilian run" and now we learn there is a "training building". I think the deep state likes to put valuable stuff at these nuclear plants thinking no one would attack and who wants to go near a nuclear power plant.
