me neither, but calm music can make me sleepy. I usually hear the bass from the other people here so I need something to try and ignore it
 
lol I can sleep with the lights on, though. I just bury my head under the pillow.
 
I actually do relax to Demon Hunter, not so much Demon Hunter anymore though. But still heavy stuff does help me to relax :)
