Okay let me tell you about my background.

I struggled with sin in the lust area.. and i figure the only way to overcome was to practice abstinence.

I have so far been abstained for 1 1/2 month and came out with the first seed concept.

Basically i will abstain untill i get married.

Im 28. I would like to get married around 30.

Can i get some replies as to if this is a noble cause or am i overdoing myself?

By abstinence, do you mean not having sex with people? That's a basic requirement for any unmarried Christian. You don't have sex if you aren't married. You don't steal. You don't murder. You don't cheat people.
 
You may also be mean not masturbating or ejaculating and no semen is coming from you.
Some cultures say this is very healthy for the man and it is bad to waste it as it can harm him.


I have not had sex since i had hidious painful surgery a few years ago where i had ovaries removed and i was awake and may never of had real sex.


would of been some nice love and care but instead was threatened and alone and they were stealing from me and isolated and workaholic.
A woman legally married did not have sex for years and years after she married to her husband because she was locked away and a dame wanted to murder her and threatened to do so and did much bad to her meat and soul but not spirit make her feel good.... lol
selfish as ever.
She was surviving and he did not come to her but was alone and dame had surgery to look like her time.
The time was stolen.
Maybe they divorced if another doll stole the time and so many were in on it and she re married new name as the dame might of got name and title to some degree but it was who she was born as.



It may make you feel empowered to meditate, may be dance, do martial arts etc.
May be wear a chasity belt.


I think once you make your mind up and find decicivness it can feel very good for you.


It is your choice and if you decide to commit to it there are self-help material on catholic home pages with exercises, meditation , support, guidance , encouragement etc

Doing the right thing is always noble. Adjusting your focus might be healthier still. Pour your life into meaningful things and you'll soon find you have defeated your weakness. Male or female, we all face that same monster.
 
Im talking about abstaining completely even from masturbation. I have done it for 1 1/2 y before. and started to masturbate recently and noticed it lead to more masturbation and pornography and wanting to have sex before marriage

I want to get married. i want to have kids.. i just want to do it a godly way. and i notice like ... its pleasurable ... but thats all i mean...no masturbation until marriage "first seed concept".. Im asking if its spiritual the right thing for christians to do.

This will be a debate. More or less this is the masturbation debate, that we have 1000 posts on already. All arguing. Bottom line is, why do you need to ask if it's ok to Not do something that you see having a negative influence on you? What difference does it make if it's 'noble' or not? If you see it's wrong, then stop it. Don't need to seek approval from anyone for that. Just do what you feel is right and move on.
