I do study daily and read his epistles in my studies and do word studies and try to really understand what he is saying and what he truly is all about. So can I conclude that, in your point of view, to the church, Paul should be view as "another apostle" similar to Peter, James and John? All of them are preaching the same message as Jesus did in Matthew Mark Luke and John?

Hi Guojing,

In my view and understanding of scriptures that is how I view the apostles and Paul, that they were men writing letters to churches and assemblies, and that they were teachers. Much like today there are people that also speak truth, but we are to take that truth and study it out in scripture and prayer. The model we are to live by (or at least have come to believe for myself as I do not want to impose my beliefs on anyone just share what I feel is truth and discuss so that we may sharpen one another as iron) is to live as much as possible like Yahshua did , the apostles modeled their life after this so I think they are good examples, however Yahshua is our ultimate example and we should look to Him for direction. Taking words of wisdom shared by brethren or teachers is a beautiful thing, but taking those words and applying to scripture and study is how I believe it ought to happen.

Thanks for sharing. Yeah, this is a very common view held by Christians.

For my case, I try to understand the Bible from a dispensation point of view, so I try to divide the word into "written to the Jews", and "written to the church".

This reads like a billy grahm biography.
The bible is the word of God,written by the H S ,through man.
All the apostles were instruments.
Paul is one among many.
Follw Jesus. Read the epistles. If need be try NOT to do so through the "who wrote it" or " who is it to".

That has made way too much over the person of paul.

Paul was handed revelation as were the others. John was handed revelation.
Unfortunately the Paul adherants have the nt books fighting each other.

IOW,the bible can not be inspired,if Christ himself ,wrote it,and is at odds with HIMSELF.
IT either confirms and compliments itself,or if not,it IS NOT inspired
