Take a moment please brethren and report this "newer" member for flooding this thread with youtube videos. This is old, in addition to calling others satanists and other names since his arrival. It appears he has gone right into attack mode at his commencement here upon only a certain group which is all too familiar.

Can anyone find someone teaching against free will before Augustine? That guy really did a number on the church, he is the head honcho of both the catholic and protestant systems. Them protestant reformers didnt go back far enough, only to 400. I woulda been among the anabaptists in them days.

Augustine was heavily influenced by gnosticism, he was a manichean before and looks like he brought alot of that baggage with him.

You don't like music, just sharing brother, because I LOVE YOU with all my heart and always will, I wait for you.

Yep, sure can; Jesus the Christ.

"So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

Jesus shows man is not free, in his will, or otherwise, until man is saved. Man is a slave to his nature, until the Son sets Him free.

You teach contrary to this.

There are many other Scriptures that prove man is not saved via choosing, but you'll not allow the Word to interfere with your traditions.

This world is such a cruel world, we all are here at CC to share what God has placed in our hearts, this shouldn't be a battle ground against other people who are in need of compassion and kindness,

i do care for you brother, and I really think you are a loving person, share that love with others don't keep it bottled in.

Well, first off, you're begging the question bro.

It's apparent to me at least and via deducing from Genesis 3:17-18 and Romans 8:22ff that the creation is under a curse. The whole creation is groaning, and awaiting redemption. The awaiting redemption piece in context shows both earth and saved man look forward to this. Since this is the case it is a given the creation is not in its same state as it were at its creation. The cursing of the ground is also telltale as to this in Genesis.

Genesis 3:17-18:

"And to Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened to the voice of thy wife, and eaten of the tree concerning which I charged thee of it only not to eat-- of that thou hast eaten, cursed [is] the ground in thy labours, in pain shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life. 18 Thorns and thistles shall it bring forth to thee, and thou shalt eat the herb of the field."

There is nothing about animals or about cursing the Universe. It seems that its only about Adam's labour and food gaining.

----

Rom 8:
"For the anxious longing of the creation waits eagerly for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself also will be set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers the pains of childbirth together until now. "

Every material creation is subjected to futility by God. Its the pain of childbirth until the sons of God will be revealed and material will be transformed to spiritual. Creation before Adam was not spiritual.

Can you find anyone teaching the free will before Pelagius?

Joel 2:13
And rend your heart and not your garments " Now return to the LORD your God, For He is gracious and compassionate, Slow to anger, abounding in lovingkindness And relenting of evil.

and John Calvin is no difference, you don't follow scripture but follows a man idea of what the scriptures mean. John Calvin was a Catholic and also taught like a Catholic.
Meddico, you follow Arminius who was a Ramist and Infralapserianist. So you're a Dutch Remonstrandt.

(Since we're going to be outrageous in our attacks based on sheer arrogance and stupidity.)
