Well it depends what you struggle with.

Looking at a woman in a sexual way is sin. Job said "I have made a covenant with my eyes" We must do the same. We must rid our bad habbit, and train our eyes.

Also we must keep our guard up on our thoughts and take our thoughts captive. Our mind is like a wild mustang. But now were fenced in. We have to filter each thought and be mindful.

Thats how to overcome basically. In 6 weeks.

I'm on week one. But it's working!

we can respect that & give (her) the diginity,individuality and freedom that God designed for her. Thus we & her become true companions
