You can forgive someone, and no longer hold a grudge against them, but (if the behavior is bad enough) not forget and use that to be wiser in your interactions with them. Or remove them out of your life.
I think it's reasonable. I've forgiven many things I've never nor will I ever forget.
I forgave people who weren't sorry and may never be... but I did it for me.
I won't forget but I let it go and forgave them...unforgiveness is basically allowing
someone whose wronged you to live in your head rent free. No thanks.

Brother Socreta93 As to your first one,I thought you might enjoy this. My answer. The soil of a man's heart is stonier. A man grows what he can,then he tends it. Because what you buy,is what you own,and what you own always comes back at ya!
The second answer to the second statement. God sees the truth and waits! Usually I would speak upon a scripture,but in this case I believe you were looking for something other then that. So I thought you might perhaps enjoy these two answers instead. Some are deep thinkers,and for those who are, there is more room to grow,then for those who limit there thinking.
