Unforgiveness is dross.God created all things on earth and in heaven out of love. That's a sign that satan never stood a chance because he is the complete opposite.
How are you gonna come out of the furnace refined and pure if there's that one thing,or many that you yourself can't forgive?
God does this.He forgives, and you are created in his image.
God is love that's what he is, and he has created all things in his image.
That's why love overcomes everything.
All the opposite things that love isn't he takes it away like he says he will.including unforgiveness.
All those negative feelings from past trauma wont have a leg to stand on, and wont be apart of your temple if you truly forgive
because love will overcome it.
It's the greatest feeling in the world, you know why?because it came from his spirit, the Holy Spirit.
When you truly forgive you will feel it, and will know what I'm talking about. That feeling is literally out of this world because it is spirit.
The best feeling ever!.There is nothing like it.
Why do you think Stephen asked God to forgive those who stoned him?
When that judgement comes and if you still have that dross on you,you will have to answer to that.No earthly human logic will justify your unforgiveness because it is a spiritual Kingdom that's founded on love.and you rejected it.

Proverbs 10:12
Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love covereth all sins.

Unfortunately it's a different world even to me I moved away at 16 and tried my best to move on I've got no education but I'm skilled with my hands I'm a qualified plaster with papers, and I managed to have my own business and I pay my own way, have a car and pay my own rent, it's not much but it's worked for me and although I have just a normal life I feel like I got away with it. So I feel proud that can have a chat like this with someonelike yourself.I dont think any of my brothers could .I've had 3 brothers come and stay with me but the pull of drugs if far greater. And they have been together all there lives. I was in children's homes from 12 there mum my step mum is also a addict so it's hard it's like I'm coming between them and I'm my dad son I'm not a good example to them my dad ruined there lives I will stick with it tho.😃😃🙏

It's just beginning, so I haven't reviewed the content as I do other videos before posting. I follow Dr Axe and recommend him. One thing I would caution about is if they refer to meditation. I'll cover my issues with that later if necessary.
Maybe this will be a blessing to both of us and anyone else who is experiencing stress.

I believe it was a blessing from the Lord. The timing was too perfect to be a coincidence my friend.

It was helpful for the tips on how to re-train our brain to get out of the pattern of negative thoughts.

Dr Peter Osborne taught a class on the same subject from a Nutritional point of view yesterday. Let me know if you are interested and I'll post it anytime..

I find it very hard for myself to totally agree with those words my. Dad was horrible man during my life, but if I'm to become a better person then this is something i have to come to terms with although it's very hard i did. Now over the last 15 years I've watched his ex wife and 5 other children all end up on heroin. This I find almost impossible to forgive, one brother has totally cracked up he will never be released, one is totally dependent on any drugs the other 3 all smoke heroin and one of them has spent 20 years in jail the other brother smokes it with his mum. All there lives destroyed by the same man. Hiw can he be forgiven It leeds me to think if your dad was a really bad person all his sons and daughters pay for his sins for the rest of there lives. No matter what happens all my brothers all took drugs supplied by the dad so haven't hade to deal with a normal thoughts saving them grief but I've tried to be a better person but the mental stress, means I'll pay for life toi can deal with that but will it end with me or will my daughter suffer his sins as well, because I find it hard to forgive him
I PROMISE you this Pastor's message on forgiveness will help you:

Many can relate to what you said and more. At 15 I think I was in Church and this grandmother that prayed 4 hours a say comes up to me crying saying "you have to forgive your father". She knows all about him. I was crying. So later that week me and him down stairs watching TV (3 channels) I look at the clock above the TV it shows 8:30pm. I look to my left and say "Dad will you forgive me if I ever hurt you". He turns and says "yes will you forgive me". So I call that grandmother the next day tell her I did it. She asks me "was it about 8:30 when you did it?" I said "yes how did you know?" She said the lord told me to pray for you right then".

Now to most .. why in the world would I have to ask him to forgive me? Is something I believe many do not understand. He was my step dad since I was 3 and gone home now and Christ did find him. He had 6 kids before he married my mom 3 times yeah. When he was sick no kids came to see him at all. Walking with him one day he said "out of all my kids I feel closet to you". I just forgave him. Not going to go in to anything that ever happened.. it was. After that moment and I am 63 now. I have never had one bad dream about him. Oh he has been allot yet always quite and always nice odd huh. Praise God.. what I could not do.. Christ did. Many times its just man telling us "you need to do this or that" but you just know that you know that you know its GOD telling you to do it. Just to think if I never had done that.

Its one of those things I say .. blind faith. I just do it never give it another thought. God said it.. I do it .. I believe.. don't doubt. That was very very very hard. My brother thats 3 years older ran away when he was 15. Something happened at the dinner table Kenny got up walked to his room.. my dad then followed. I heard.. I wont say.. then the next morning found out Kenny left. To give you a tiny glimps to my dad. He said one of his 3 boys said POP to him once. He said say it one more time the kid did and he put his head through the wall.

Jesus is real.. no matter what it is .. trust Him.. give it to Him and never look back.. KNOW what He started He will finished. Remember.. He will never ask you to do something He never did.

What a horrible childhood you had to experience, McCallum!! My father was different, since he was very permissive. That was hard for me because he should have set us three boys moral limits and enforced them, but he didn't. Mom was as strict as Dad was permissive, so I was a mixed-up kid without moral help following God's ways. Dad was an unbeliever, while Mom was a believer, who dragged us kids to church. Anyway, I discovered a pattern in the Bible that is not in our culture that God used to help me out of my anger at my dysfunctional family and the loss of our second boy with leukemia.

That pattern is lamenting, which is in 73 out of the 150 psalms, mostly of David; in Job 3,7, and especially 10; and, of course, in Jeremiah's Lamentations, especially chapter 3. It involves sharing our feelings openly and honestly with God in persistent prayers seeking God's gift of peace to accept the losses that he has allowed, not caused, in our lives (Philippians 4:6-7). You're now on my prayer list, McCallum.

Hi @McCallum

You seem to see forgiving your father as your doing something that will give him an excuse of some sort. Trust me, your father doesn't even have to know that you have forgiven him. Forgiveness, as I understand it, isn't for the one we are forgiving. It is for the one who is doing the forgiving.

When God's word speaks of our coming before His alter when we harbor some unforgiveness in our heart, He doesn't ask us to go and seek forgiveness because you will be helping the person that you are forgiving. It's because the one making the offering at the alter is doing it without a clean heart. That's what forgiveness is about. You release the other person's hold on your heart that is keeping you from enjoying the fullness of God's blessings.

God bless,
Ted

Yes, Josh Axe is a Naturalpathic or Natural Physician. The link goes to his YouTube channel and is titled,

How to Overcome Anxiety & Thrive in Chaos.
His guest wrote a book on the subject.
They don't get into the foods and nutritional help, but more the mental process that occurs with trauma. Then she explains some ways to correct that with new ways of thinking about them.

Sometimes it helps to talk.
I pray that those old wounds will heal . Having wounds and battle scars are nothing to be ashamed of. We are mere men and God is touched by our suffering and times of weakness. I'm pretty weak right now, but the Lord is our strength.
🍵🙂👍
Feel free to ask questions any time.
The Lord just brought me to Hebrews 4:15

"15For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. 16Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
