I'm pretty sure porn sites legally have to have a filter that says this is an adult page, you must be 18+ years to enter. They won't just pop up anymore. You can always change the internet settings under tools, the internet settings. There you can adjust the filter for what websites they can go to, and manually block certain sites like myspace, etc.

if u download firefox on it...u can add the application ''procon latte'' and then check one box in the options (dunno what it is right now) but if u type in any of the key words...mostly all cursing and body parts and porn-related...it brings up just a blank page! it's pretty neat :)

hmm, there's this new one called "Common sense"

check the 11 year olds history, and warn him about such things. the sites that come up "automatically" are due to spyware programs, and you need an antivirus program to fix that.

PS. any site that pops up porn on auto, is probably not good for an 11 year old in the first place, advertisements are based off the website you go on, and the kind of people that use that site.

if there's porn it's either

1. an adult related site in the first p lace

2. it's not monitored very well, and there's probably other harmful things on it.
