I often hear complaints, especially within groups of friends about one or two within the group doing something or acting a way they usually do, their own personal traits. I think what we forget to understand sometimes is that this is how our friend is, we should accept our friends for the individuals that they are, no complaints about how they are because this is just them being them and even if they can be a little gossipy or bossy and even though we know this of them we chose to accept them as a friend, and so, this is what they should be - a friend - and they should act as themselves and we should love our friends for who they are and in every essence of them being themselves

To practise acceptance in pure fullness, with no expectation of it being returned is to be a true friend
