Lord I pray for Kim, that she would be able to identify some hobbies or interests that would help her to connect with others that share similar interests. I pray that Kim would find friendship. Amen.
 
Lord Guide Kim into Godly relationships. Help guide her to friends that will strengthen her faith in you. In your name I pray amen.

I sort of know how you feel. I got very little to nobody and what little I have I feel like they really couldn't give a care if I were to be gone by tomorrow. :/
 
Jesus, You know our hearts and our longing for true friendship in a world of superficial and manipulative relationships. Your word says that a thrice braided cord is not easily broken and so many of us cry out for that kind of friendship, the true and godly friendship that David and Jonathan possessed, that Ruth and Naomi possessed, the kind that sees the people through the darkest days and hardest times and sees them emerge stronger and closer, the kinds of friendships that challenge them to draw closer to You, to know You more, and that doesn't ignore the sins of each other, that edifies and lifts up, that encourages the use and growth of the gifts You have granted each individual, that helps them find and live out their place in the body of Christ with joy and contentment.

Lord, it is on so many hearts to find this kind of friendship. I pray, right now, for those that desperately long for it, but have yet to see it, for those that once had it and lost it, and for those who dare not even hope for it, as they've never seen it, except in Your word. I pray for Kim12345 and CNikki, who were both bold enough to admit their needs here. I also pray for those that have and will view this, but do not express their need for whatever reason. I pray for myself as well, as You know that I have desired this my entire life and have yet to see it fulfilled.

I also pray for those that have these friendships, that they will cling to You and that their friendships will grow ever stronger under Your watchful and loving gaze. I pray that we all fully realize what a friend we have in You and even in those days when we feel invisible, unvaluable and unworthy, that we would come to You and be refreshed in Your presence and learn what it means to be a friend by the example of You.

Thank You, Lord, for this site and for the freedom and safety to express our longings and desires and receive encouragement, counsel, guidance and prayer. I ask all these things in Your precious and holy name, Jesus. Amen.
