27. Ye have heard that it was said, Thou shalt not commit adultery: 28. but I say unto you, that every one that looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart. (Matt 5:27-28)

Our sinful thought's are for sin to us, if we join those thought's or like feed them, but suppressed sinful thought's are not for sin.

Resist the lust of your flesh.
