From when should the parents bring up their child?
• Pro 20:11 -> “Even a child makes himself known by his acts, by whether his conduct is pure and upright.”.
It’s important to know who is the child since from the womb. At first:
• Pro 22:15 -> “Folly is bound up in the heart of a child, but the rod of discipline drives it far from him. ”.
• Psa 58:3 -> “The wicked are estranged from the womb; they go astray from birth, speaking lies.”.
After all:
• Psa 51:5 -> “Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin did my mother conceive me.”.
And don’t think that it is normal when the child does something wrong. No!
• Pro 21:8 -> “The way of the guilty is crooked, but the conduct of the pure is upright.”.
As Jesus said:
• Mat 7:16 -> “You will recognize them by their fruits. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes, or figs from thistles?”.
• Luk 6:43,44 -> ““For no good tree bears bad fruit, nor again does a bad tree bear good fruit, for each tree is known by its own fruit. For figs are not gathered from thornbushes, nor are grapes picked from a bramble bush.”.
So, start to correct your baby since from the womb! And don’t think that this is an exaggeration. Consider that the two sons of Isaac fought in the womb of Rebecca:
• Gen 25:21-23 -> “And Isaac prayed to the LORD for his wife, because she was barren. And the LORD granted his prayer, and Rebekah his wife conceived. The children struggled together within her, and she said, “If it is thus, why is this happening to me?” So she went to inquire of the LORD. And the LORD said to her, “Two nations are in your womb, and two peoples from within you shall be divided; the one shall be stronger than the other, the older shall serve the younger.” “.
And John, the Baptist, could feel the presence of the Holy Spirit in the womb of Elisabeth:
• Luk 1:41 -> “And when Elizabeth heard the greeting of Mary, the baby leaped in her womb. And Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit,”.
Furthermore:
• Psa 8:2 -> “Out of the mouth of babies and infants, you have established strength because of your foes, to still the enemy and the avenger.”.
• Mat 21:16 -> “and they said to him, “Do you hear what these are saying?” And Jesus said to them, “Yes; have you never read, “‘Out of the mouth of infants and nursing babies you have prepared praise’?” “.
So, have a good day knowing your children and leading them in the Way of the Creator (John 14:6) since the womb and, so, they will give delight to your soul (Prov 22:6; 29:17).
