Lol that depends on how creative you are.. you can just add one measely teaspoon of coco beans (powder) to peanut butter and it will taste like heavenly choclate..

i do that quite a lot.. its one ways of cousre but you may have a nother way of making home made chocalate.. i do prefer to make my own choclate.. They put to much coco powder in choclate you buy.. to fattening... home made peanut butter mixed with coco powder and dried fruit mixed raisons and sutanas is one searious nuclear bomb of energy with dips and delicous, you should try it

i use different bases for my choclate than the ones most commonly used.. but adding coco bean powder makes most chocalate flavorded foods.. i dont use icing sugar milk powder and coco powder..i either use soy milk mixed nuts and raisons with coco powder.. or i sometimes make tofu (bean curd) chocalate pudding or choclate tofu fudge

This one is my favorite homemade chocalate,, you can used mixed raisons istead of dates, or soy milk instead olf almond milk. you can throw some mixed nuts in too :)..

this one is lower in fat and sugar.. tasty and sweet.. But as you probaly know or dont know coco bean powder used for all choclate is one of the most fatty foods there is for its small size and quantity. packs more calories than nuts and meat.. so one should be carful lol..

These look nummy :)

The recipe in the video said to use 3 dates.....
this might become one of those recipes that gets made to sneak healthy stuff into kids diets :p
lol dont you mean yummy ? i wouldnt want you to be a nummy mummy.. lols i have a much better option for healthy chocalate those are my favorite choc sweets but with raisons not dates i can only manage one.

i have some more much much more healthy chocalate drink or healthy chocalate peanut butter and both only require one measly teaspoon of cocoa powder

Here is a nother one i just prepared just now.
Ok half glass of soy milk 50 grams of mixed nuts with a bit of dried fruit thrown in + 15 grams of chia seeds and 1 little measly half teaspoon of chocalate cocoa bean powder.. to make a choclate smoothy drink. If you want choclate peanut butter just add more nuts in the blender.. but for now chocalate smoothy drink... this drink holds healthy omega 3 acids in the chia seeds.. plus lots of b vitamins in the nuts and calcium in the soy milk.. this drink is aproximately 350 calories and 13 grams of protien drink which is almost a ful meal in its self. packed ith other vitamins to. and mostly healthy unsataurated fat... you can add fruit juice to this drink to like strawberries or appless bannans,, for a even more packed nutricous drink..

IF you want choclate peanut butter with lots of lots of flavor just add more nuts and blend..

happy blending this one is a must you will love it
